Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Items returned within 30 days are refunded to the original payment source.

Returns are accepted only on items purchased from the MiLounge website. Returned items must be in new, unused, and re-sellable condition. The original packaging and any protective coverings and product information must be intact. 

If you are returning an item for exchange, our team will need to confirm that the requested item is available. As soon as your return is processed, we will reach out with details of the exchange.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE

Please contact us at hello@milounge.co Once we receive your returned item, processing is usually quick but may take up to seven days. Refunds will take up to 5-7 business days to clear but may take longer to appear on bank or credit card statements.

WRONG, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE

All products come with a 1 year warranty. If there is a defect in the product, materials, or craftsmanship, please contact hello@milounge.co right away so we may organise a replacement.
