On opening the box I was instantly disappointed to find I’d been sent the wrong colour! Light grey and not dark grey as ordered? As my partner was with me we put it together and enjoyed it as it really is comfortable and fun!

Incredible. I have a few body pillows and the milounge body pillow is by far superior. Keeps me cool during the night and the memory foam is so comfortable to cuddle and maintains its shape. Well worth the price!
I love shopping from MiLounge having already brought a few human dog beds I decided to buy the body pillow on the day of launch. Filled with shredded memory foam, it comes sealed and expands fully in less than an hour. When fully stuffed, it is thick and extremely comfortable. Great for someone in need of real support, and can be adjusted by removing some of the foam to give you the exact amount of support or give you’re looking for. It maintains its shape and does not flatten out even when you rest a good amount of body weight on it for hours. The bamboo material is very soft and cooling, and it has a nice sturdy zipper another fantastic product and experience from MiLounge.
Excellent quality and size perfect for our Rottweiler to have cuddles with the family, so comfortable it ends up being a lazy day!
Soft and fluffy, super comfortable memory foam mattress. Almost too comfortable - a quick 5 minute cuddle with the dog keeps turning nto a hour long nap. Worth every penny, I wish I'd bought one sooner.

Was a bit touch and go initially with the order process as it shipped later than what was said initially. Furthermore, they were out of stock for the bamboo cover, but the customer service did respond rapidly and also offered compensation for the bamboo cover. We did get the order right on time for the holidays, and the spouse is VERY happy with her Christmas gift... even fell asleep in it the first night. Got a happy visit from the pouch as well! Looking forward to eventually get the bamboo cover.
I suffer with a connective tissue disorder, and find it very hard to get comfortable sometimes. This has offered me a bed away from bed that I can get super comfy and sleep super well in! Love it love it love it.

Happy with purchase as is my family who all use it. Super soft and comfortable. Only downside is delivery, it says DPD next day. Ordered Saturday, took till Tuesday to receive.

Two days before my Milounge was due to arrive, I received an email explaining that they had found a mistake had been made with my order. They'd sent the wrong cover with the bed. and the storage bag hadn't made it. There was an apology and a second package was sent with the correct cover and storage bag.. Both packages arrived the same day. The error was corrected before I even knew there was a problem.
Now THAT'S customer service!
I cannot fault any of this bed, the matress is truly superb quality, as is the rest of the product. The material is fabulous and soft and it was incredibly easy to put together which is an important factor for me as I'm disabled and in poor health, but I was able to put this together with the sections lay on top of my dining table in under 10 minutes on my own! I love that is was so simple as it means washing it will be very easy when necessary. I also was very impressed with the customer service from this company, I was struggling to checkout on a late Sunday evening and sent an email expecting a reply days later, but was responded to within minutes despite it being very late evening and a bank holiday weekend! The bed then arrived the next working day and the whole experience of making this purchase was a pleasure from start to finish and I would recommend both the company and the product to everyone, I have not stopped using this since it arrived it's now my favourite place to lounge around and my giant breed dog also loves to sit in it with me and its big enough for the both of us ! Its the most comfortable thing in my house!! Buy one you won't regret it !!
Got my MiLounge Human Dog Bed with the cooling Bamboo cover, so pleased with the design and the quality. I am going to invest in a fur cover too, so I’m snuggly warm in the winter months.
